Primary Home Care (PHC) is a Medicaid program administered by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS).

PHC provides NON - TECHNICAL ATTENDANT SERVICES to Medicaid eligible consumers who reside at home. Attendants also known as Providers help consumers with:

  • Personal care
  • Housekeeping
  • Meal preparation
  • Laundry
  • Shopping
  • Escort
  • Bathing
  • Dressing
  • Shaving / oral care
  • Skin / hair care
  • Toileting
  • Transfer
  • Walking
